MISSION STATEMENT


The purpose of the City of Niagara Falls, 311 Portal is to provide the public with fast, easily accessible information via a communication channel of their choice. It is to provide residents the ability to report non-emergency services like potholes, sidewalk repair, or code violations while offering the highest quality of customer service.
