Notice is hereby given that a public hearing (the “Public Hearing”), pursuant to Article 2 of the New York State Eminent Domain Procedure Law, will be held by the City of Niagara Falls (the “City”) on the 29th day of June, 2022 at 6:00 p.m., local time, at the City Council Chambers located at Room 116, City Hall, 745 Main Street, Niagara Falls, New York 14031, in connection with the Centennial Park Project.
