Free public Wi-Fi is live in downtown Niagara Falls

Free public Wi-Fi officially is now live on three blocks of Old Falls Street in downtown Niagara Falls, NY USA, in time to optimize the system before the summer tourist season. The network is called Niagara Free WIFI.
The network footprint stretches from Prospect Street (at the foot of the state park) to 3rd Street. The project was overseen by the Niagara Global Tourism Institute – a Niagara University initiative – and involved linking wires to existing internet infrastructure, with wireless access points at the top of various Old Falls Street buildings.
